Our Story
Our founder Amuleek Singh ventured into developing an F&B brand Chai Point after completing his MBA from Harvard Business School. The key challenge faced by him was the unavailability of an integrated Restaurant Management Platform which can understand the business context and solve business problems, easy to use and be instrumental in business growth and profitability. He decided to solve this problem by building a dedicated tech team which will interact closely with the business team and develop tech solutions to cater to their operation, scale and profitability needs. Over the last 10 years the solution has evolved from basic billing tool to multi-faceted end to end restaurant management platform providing tech solutions for sales management, operations management & customer engagement, Supply Chain Management, online ordering, rent & contract management, supplier management, cost management etc for manned and unmanned stores.
Our Journey
We are a young company founded in 2010 along with the foundation of our parent F&B organization Mountain Trail Foods Pvt Ltd. We have grown into a full stack restaurant management platform over the last 10 years and have played key role in the growth and profitability of Chai Point and boxC. We decided to extend our platform to external brands in 2019 and on-boarded our first client in India. Today, Fountain is supporting the growth story of 1000+ locations in different parts of the country.

Implementation Approach
Transition to Fountain is a quick and hassle free experience. Since Fountain is a cloud based platform it does not require the tedious on-site installation. Every store is on-boarded remotely and go live can be achieved in a few hours. On-boarding a new store or a new module can be done directly by the brand team which enables them to manage their usage of Fountain services as their business grows.
